A Calm, Structured Approach to Healing

I’m a passionate Clinical Psychologist committed to supporting individuals through their mental health journeys. With a strong foundation in CBT, DBT, and ACT, I help clients address anxiety, trauma, behavioral challenges, and emotional regulation.

Over the years, I’ve worked in clinical settings, schools, and behavioral therapy centers leading therapy sessions, conducting psychological assessments, and training young professionals. I also actively design and facilitate mental health workshops and structured internship programs to support the next generation of psychologists.

I completed my MS in Clinical Psychology as a Gold Medalist, reflecting a strong academic foundation and a commitment to evidence-based practice and ethical care.

Whether working with children, adolescents, or adults, my approach is rooted in empathy, collaboration, and evidence-based care. I strive to create a safe space where healing, growth, and self-discovery are possible.

02 Do you offer online sessions only, or in-person too? Online

PsychCura provides secure online sessions. If in-person availability is offered, it will be clearly mentioned during booking.

03 What happens in the first session? First session

The first session focuses on understanding your concerns, goals, history, and current challenges. Together, we’ll create a plan that fits your needs and comfort.

04 Are therapy sessions confidential? Privacy

Yes. Sessions are confidential and follow professional ethics. Confidentiality may only be broken in serious situations such as risk of harm, abuse, or legal obligations.

05 What is the PsychCura Client Portal? Portal

The Client Portal is your private space on PsychCura where you can access session updates, recommended resources, and supportive tools designed for your therapy journey.

06 What are self-assessments and how do they help? Tools

Self-assessments are guided check-ins that help you understand patterns like stress, anxiety, mood, or burnout. They support reflection and help tailor therapy goals more accurately.

07 How does the Mood Tracker work on PsychCura? Mood tracker

The Mood Tracker lets you log how you’re feeling, identify triggers, and notice helpful moments (“glimmers”). Over time, it helps build awareness and supports progress tracking between sessions.

08 What should I prepare for an online session? Session prep

Choose a quiet, private space, use a stable internet connection, and keep headphones if possible. It’s also helpful to write down key concerns or situations you want to discuss.

09 How often should I attend therapy? Frequency

Many clients begin weekly, then adjust to bi-weekly or maintenance sessions as progress improves. The right pace depends on your goals, symptoms, and daily demands.

10 Do you work with children and adolescents? Child

Yes. Support may include emotional regulation, behavioral concerns, academic stress, and parent guidance. The approach is age-appropriate and collaborative.

11 Can I reschedule or cancel an appointment? Policies

Yes. Rescheduling options are available through PsychCura. If you need to change your time, try to do it as early as possible so the slot can be offered to someone else.

12 Is therapy suitable if I feel “not sick enough”? Mindset

Yes. Therapy isn’t only for crises—it also helps with stress, boundaries, confidence, emotional patterns, relationships, and personal growth.

13 What if I’m in crisis or need urgent help? Emergency

If you feel at immediate risk of harming yourself or others, please contact local emergency services right away or go to the nearest hospital. Online therapy is not a substitute for emergency care.
